Order Cancellation
There is no fee for order cancellation.
Before we ship:
If you place an order by mistake, please contact us at [email protected] to cancel the order before we ship.
Usually we ship within 48-72 hours. There is no fee for canceling the order before we ship. We will email you back to confirm the cancellation.
You will receive a refund within 4-7 days after cancellation.
After we ship:
If the package has been shipped, but you still want to cancel the order. In this case, you still have the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. We will do our best to contact our local shipping company to stop the package from being delivered. If the package cannot be intercepted, please refuse to accept the delivery. The package will be returned to us without any restocking costs. We will refund your money in full when we see the return tracking information.
Within 7 days of signing for the item, if you don’t like the item you received, ordered the wrong item, or want to exchange it, please return the package at your own cost and email us your return tracking number. We will refund your money when we receive the return item in good condition.
Return Process
To return an item, please first email customer service with your order number at [email protected]. After receiving our confirmation email, please place the item securely in the original packaging and mail the return to the return address we provided in the email.
Return Shipping Costs
Item Error or Your Subjective Problem:
If you ordered the wrong item or just don’t like the item, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please return the package within 30 days of the delivery date and email us your return tracking number. All returned items must be new and unused with all original tags and labels attached. We will refund your original order amount within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.
Damaged or Defective Products:
We will pay for all return shipping costs if the item is damaged or defective. Please return the package within 30 days of the delivery date and email us your return tracking number and billing receipt for a refund of return shipping costs. We will refund your original order amount and return shipping costs within 7 business days after we receive your return package. Return shipping costs will be refunded using the same payment method for your order.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. It takes 7 business days from the time you receive your item to the time your return or exchange is processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your billing account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
